Valentine is a Canadian born facilitator of healing and wellness. She has been in the wellness industry for over 10 years all over the world. She has just moved back to Canada after living the last 8 years abroad in Edinburgh, London and Zurich she is now back in her home base of Ontario Canada and excited to offer new workshops, events and healing classes + treatments. She specializes in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Reiki Healing, Gong Sound Healing, Astrology, Gene Keys and many other healing modalities. She is certified in Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kids + Teens Yoga, Hot Yoga, Astrology, Gene Keys Guide, EFT Therapist, Gong Sound Healing, Family Constellations and Reiki Energy Healing.
